ResponsibilitiesCoordinate physician‑specific Quality program cases, including peer assessments and Quality Improvement requirements.Manage high‑volume case activity, correspondence, questionnaires, documentation, and case tracking in accordance with established guidelines and timelines.Liaise with physicians, legal counsel, assessors, and coaches to address inquiries, resolve issues, and support program engagement.Prepare decision letters and other program correspondence for leadership or committee signature.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, team collaboration, and other program priorities as assigned.QualificationsPost‑secondary education required; a regulated health professional in good standing with their regulatory body is preferred.Experience in a complex regulatory, healthcare, or clinical setting is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to manage sensitive correspondence.Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and achieve objectives.Knowledge of Quality Management programs, medical terminology, adult education, or Lean principles is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.Exceptional critical‑thinking and situational awareness with a flexible, team‑oriented approach and commitment to equity, diversity,
