Position OverviewBDO Digital is looking for a Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant to join our growing Dayforce consulting practice. This role will own the responsibilities listed below.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce WFM.Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go‑live and Post Go‑Live.Collect, document, and validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality.Configure Ceridian Dayforce to meet client functional requirements.Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution.Implement organizational readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.Train client staff so they can perform day‑to‑day activities.Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.Identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share internally and with Ceridian.Complete new release training as needed and serve as expert on Ceridian Dayforce.Qualifications2+ years of Ceridian Dayforce HCM implementation experience with a focus on Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM)



functionality.Understanding of common Payroll and HCM business practices.Business process mapping experience.Relationship management and consulting acumen – asking the right questions to design solutions.Leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions.Managing multiple implementations/engaging with clients at the same time.Ceridian certification is an asset.Change Management experience is an asset.Understanding & development of relational databases & SQL is an asset.Self‑motivated, articulate, and able to engage audiences.Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.Compensation & BenefitsExpected compensation range: $84,000 to $128,000.
