As a Fit4Less Host, your core responsibility is to ensure a clean, friendly, and automated space for all members. You'll interact warmly with customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills and promoting memberships and services. Your role also includes completing daily cleanliness tasks, reporting any deficiencies, and educating members about amenities and automated options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Engage with members and promote membership services




• Support customers with automated and virtual club options
• Conduct regular cleanliness checks as per guidelines
• Report any incidents or concerns effectively
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• Minimum 1 year teamwork or volunteer experience
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications required
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
