Become an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Third Space Properties, managing tenant accounting and receivables across commercial and residential portfolios. Your attention to detail and accounting prowess will ensure accurate financial records.

In this position, you will support the Income Producing Property (IPP) accounting team with daily tenant accounting activities. Responsibilities include recording receipts, processing PAD payments, and managing chargebacks. The role requires a solid ability to handle multiple priorities while using accounting systems accurately for tenant transactions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Record tenant receipts received by cheque and EFT • Process and manage PAD payments efficiently • Create and post rent rolls in Yardi Voyager 7S • Reconcile tenant receipts and bank transactions • Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs accounting

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in accounting, or equivalent experience • 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting role • Knowledge of residential property management is a plus • Strong Microsoft Excel and Yardi Voyager 7S skills • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
