This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on creating memorable customer experiences through deep product knowledge and engagement. Ideal candidates have robust sales aptitude and are enthusiastic about supporting others in their wellness journey, contributing to team culture and overall store objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers through authentic communication and service
• Use product demonstrations to educate on health benefits
• Make effective recommendations to increase sales




• Collaborate as a team to achieve performance goals
• Support visual merchandising and daily operations as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma is a must
• Natural relationship-building skills and empathy
• Availability to work in a scented environment
