Payroll and Benefits SpecialistLocation:Vancouver, British ColumbiaJob Id:911-26-26# of Openings:1Posting Ends:posted until filledAbout Our OpportunityWorking within the mission, vision, values, and person‑centred philosophy of the Agency, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the efficient and accurate administration of payroll, employee benefits, pension processes, and related system operations. Working collaboratively across Finance and Human Resources, the role leads payroll processing, benefits and pension administration, leave coordination, system optimisation, reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The role supports integrated people systems and ensures payroll and benefit practices align with Agency policies, legislative requirements, and best practices. The role works with team members in Finance and HR, supports leaders and staff across all programs, and partners with external group benefit and pension providers.
