Your responsibilities will include:Answering customer inquiries related to billing, accounts, and servicesIdentifying customer needs and recommending products, services, and promotionsAssisting customers with upgrades and plan changesResolving concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experienceMeeting individual sales and performance targetsUsing multiple systems and tools to document interactions accuratelyThis role requires confidence, adaptability,



and the ability to build rapport with customers on every call.In addition to assisting current and existing customers over the phone, you’ll also have the opportunity to interact with customers face-to-face at our retail front counter.We work rotating shifts between Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with the potential for a Saturday shift to added at a later date.
