PositionMaster Mariners – Polar Certified CaptainsLocationNewfoundland & Labrador (travel required)Your RoleCommand CAC’s fleet during groundbreaking expeditions and research missions.Oversee vessel operations, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.Collaborate on developing world‑class exploration hubs and charter routes.Lead Arctic and Antarctic missions, including treasure recovery and marine research.Manage crew, logistics, and high‑value cargo operations in extreme environments.QualificationsTransport Canada Master Mariner Certificate (500 GT, 1200 GT endorsement) with Polar Operations Certification.15+ years managing research explorer ice‑classed expedition vessels, deep‑sea submersibles, and polar operations.Proven leadership in safety, operations,
