As a Sports Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our recreational leagues. Your responsibilities will include setting up and taking down equipment, score-keeping during games, and working to resolve any participant conflicts. Additionally, you will engage with attendees to promote upcoming events and encourage league registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and take down league equipment effectively
• Manage time and scores during matches
• Prepare and submit shift reports
• Promote events and facilitate registrations




• Address conflicts or first-aid incidents promptly
• Ensure participants have an enjoyable experience
• Handle disputes between team members efficiently
Requirements:
• Genuine interest in sports and recreation
• Robust interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in coordinating events is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Availability for shifts on Sundays, 7:45 PM to 11:15 PM
