At any given time, you will work with your internal customer in the sales, finance,



credit & pricing team when reviewing transactions.ResponsibilitiesReviews and prepares equipment lease and financing documents in support of our Canadian business.Evaluates and negotiates terms of lease and financing contracts; and assures compliance with Federal and Provincial regulations.Updates contract terms as necessary to reflect legal requirements or new company policies.Performs legal research needed to advise internal client.QualificationsAre intellectually curious, possess a JD from an accredited law school, called to the Quebec Bar, under the Civil Code of Quebec and 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
