As a Resident Program Aide, you will implement and evaluate programs tailored to the needs of residents in our long-term care facility. Your work will involve transporting residents to activities, monitoring their conditions, and maintaining clear records according to department policies. Collaborating closely with our recreation team enhances the experience for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement individual and group activity programs
• Monitor resident behavior during programs and report changes
• Maintain clean and organized activity areas




• Communicate resident participation to registered staff

Requirements:
• Completed Recreation and Leisure Services Diploma or Degree
• Experience with program planning for geriatric populations
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
