About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Private Capital with a focus on Software. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of work experience in private equity, with a direct investment track record in technology, and a background in software expertise. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to balance priorities, work independently, and thrive in a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in economics, commerce, finance, or business administration, and be adept at market research, sector coverage strategies, and business development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as is the willingness to travel both nationally and internationally. The Managing Director will also be expected to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and to contribute to the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
