CIE Property Management & Consulting Inc. is looking for a Property Manager to serve as a trusted partner to condominium boards, owners, residents, contractors, and other community stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, help boards make informed decisions, and ensure commitments are followed through with professionalism, care, and clear communication. This role is well suited to an organized, service-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and take a proactive approach to property management.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, help boards make informed decisions, and ensure commitments are followed through with professionalism, care, and clear communication. This role is well suited to an organized, service-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and take a proactive approach to property management.
Position Details
- Location: Halton region with travel to assigned properties and meetings as required.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid
- Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 (Plus advantages)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Evenings and weekends may be required on occasion)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned condominium communities and their boards of directors.
- Build productive relationships with board members, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare for and attend board meetings and annual general meetings, providing explicit updates and following up on decisions and action items.
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and projects with qualified contractors and internal partners.
- Support annual budgeting, financial reporting, invoice review, contract administration, and responsible financial planning.
- Help boards understand and meet their governance, operational, and regulatory responsibilities.
- Respond to questions, concerns, and urgent issues promptly, professionally, and with sound judgment.
- Maintain accurate records, correspondence, reports, and community documentation.
- Identify risks and opportunities early and recommend practical, service-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with the broader CIE team to provide consistent, high-quality support to each community.
Requirements
- Experience in condominium or property management, or closely related experience that demonstrates relevant operational, financial, and client-service skills.
- A valid Ontario Limited Licence or General Licence for condominium management, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain the appropriate license is required.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of property operations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
- A professional, collaborative approach and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Sound judgment, initiative, and a commitment to integrity and responsive service.
- Ability to attend property visits and meetings as required.
