Lead the Independent Options/Young Parent Program as a Clinical Case Manager. Provide essential support and care to at-risk youth through assessments and tailored care plans.

In this role, you will manage a caseload, overseeing program operations to meet youth needs and goals. Responsibilities include developing care plans, supervising front-line staff, and facilitating treatment strategies. Your expertise will ensure compliance with organizational policies while creating a safe and therapeutic setting for youth.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and evaluate client-centred treatment operations • Supervise and train front-line support staff • Implement structured activities and treatment plans • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for client services • Conduct regular staff performance evaluations

Requirements: • Degree in Social Work preferred; relevant experience accepted • Four years of experience with at-risk youth • One year of supervisory experience required • Knowledge of crisis de-escalation techniques • Valid First Aid/CPR and driver’s license required
