- Deliver prescribed physiotherapy and occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist
- Assist clients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining
- Utilize assistive devices and adaptive equipment to support client independence and safety
- Monitor and document clients' progress and report changes to the supervising PT/OT
- Provide education to clients, families and caregivers on exercises, equipment usage, and strategies for maintaining independence
- Completes documentation as required
- Regularly assesses the patients surroundings to ensure a safe home workplace
