Job DescriptionPay:CA$25.00 – CA$27.00 per hourAbout Us:Based in Vancouver BC, Diving Sports offers scuba and freediving courses, high-quality gear, equipment servicing, and guided dive experiences all year round.We’re looking for an assistant store manager to join our team with an instructor-level scuba diving certification (PADI or TDI). This role is designed for someone with advanced, instructor-level diving knowledge and experience who wants to stay closely involved in the diving industry while taking on a key in-store leadership position, supporting operations, the team, and an exceptional customer experience.The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast‑paced retail setting.Store OperationsSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operationsEnsure store standards are maintained (cleanliness, merchandising)Assist with opening and closing procedures, and POS operationsMonitor inventory levels, assist with receiving shipments, and ensure accurate stock managementSupport pricing integrity, promotions, and in‑store marketing executionEnsure proper equipment handling,
