British Swim School is seeking a Poolside Ambassador to enhance customer experience and foster positive relationships. Create joyful and safe swim environments for students and families.
As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will be the welcoming face for families at the pool. Your responsibilities include managing registrations, providing information to parents, and ensuring protected and fun transitions for students. You’ll celebrate their achievements and use social media to share those moments in a unique way. Ensuring water quality and temperature will also be part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm welcome to all new families
• Organize and prepare the pool area before classes




• Handle student registrations and water entry/exits
• Celebrate important milestones at the pool
• Capture and share fun moments on social platforms
Requirements:
