Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a CAN | Business Analyst_L3 to join their team. As a CAN | Business Analyst_L3, you will be part of the Business Analysis Department supporting various project teams. What's the Job?

- Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using appropriate information gathering and data modeling techniques
- Contribute to successful project completion with high quality, within budget, and on schedule
- Review test plans, scenarios, and cases as needed to support testing activities
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation

What's Needed?

- 8+ years of experience working as a Business System Analyst with requirements planning, data mapping, and documentation




- 5+ years of experience in Banking, specifically in Data analysis or Business analysis
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Mandatory background check and willingness to attend face-to-face interviews on site
