Lac Seul First Nation is seeking aFamily Support Coachunder the direction of the Director of Obishikokaang Sagatay-Gamik. The Family Support Coach will work directly with families to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities to promote wholistic well-being. This role focuses on building strong, trusting relationships and delivering tailored plans and workshops that support each family’s growth, structure, and wellness journey. The position also supports community engagement and youth-based programming.Job DutiesDevelop strong, professional relationships with families.Support families in identifying strengths and developing personalized wellness plans.Facilitate one on work workshops and sessions in areas such as parenting, budgeting, personal development, and routines.Guide child development and implement strategies to support routines and self-care.Document all visits and services, maintaining confidential and accurate records.Coordinate with Family Advocates, the Director, and external services.Plan in-home sessions and support family-led goal setting.Assist in creating promotional materials and organizing community events.Participate in partnerships with other departments to promote youth engagement.Ensure all information is documented and filed per department policy.Report concerns promptly to the supervisor.Other duties as required.QualificationsDegree, diploma, or certificate in Human Services is an asset.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Strong time management, organizational, and independent work abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
