Key Responsibilities: • Lift, assemble,



and tack joist pieces at the jig • Set up MIG Welding Equipment and perform welding operations • Read and interpret shop blueprints and welding specifications • Position and secure metal pieces according to design • Maintain a clean work area and practice good housekeeping

Requirements: • Minimum two years of MIG welding experience • CWB Certification is required • Basic English reading and math skills • Ability to work within a team environment • Robust safety awareness and ability to meet production standards
