Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of the Fairmont Spa premises
• Oversee male and female locker rooms by checking and tidying as necessary




• Assist guests with directions to appointments and spa amenities
• Answer guests' inquiries with knowledge and care
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Requirements:
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to lift over 30 lbs and endure physical mobility
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
