We are currently seeking a professional and organized Talent Coordinator to work within our influencer talent agency division to assist in representing and managing the careers of various social media influencers.ResponsibilitiesAssist in discovering and signing influencers looking for business management.Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to develop effective content strategies that drive engagement and revenue.Collaborate with the Creative and Talent teams to execute content ideas, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting timelines.Provide creative input and insights to internal teams and clients, pitching ideas as needed.Continuously improve content strategies and best practices.Organize and update tracking systems, client rosters, pitch decks,



and other relevant materials.Update financial systems to track payments for completed campaigns.Assist in ideating and pursuing growth opportunities for talent.Stay on top of trends in the influencer/creator space.Qualifications2–3 years of experience in the entertainment industry; knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and analytics.Positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.University degree or college diploma or equivalent experience.Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent.Experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).This role has an annual salary range of$50,000 - $55,000 CAD .DEI CommitmentViral Nation is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
