Reporting to the Lead RVT, you’ll be responsible for surgical preparation, diagnostics, and providing educational support to pet owners. You'll assist Veterinarians and coordinate tasks within a collaborative team. Your positive, dedicated approach will be pivotal in managing multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in surgical procedures and monitor anesthesia closely • Perform routine diagnostics,
including blood tests and imaging • Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate follow-ups • Educate pet owners on health and wellness during visits • Support clinic operations and volunteer training initiatives
Requirements: • Valid ABVMA license in good standing • Minimum of one year RVT experience preferred • Comfortable handling various domestic species • Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
