We take outstanding pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide.What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”Respond to all types of customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency and after‑hours calls on a timely basis; diagnose, troubleshoot,repair, and debug a substantial variety of systems for complex problems. Use advanced troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Commission projects as necessary.Identify and resolve problems for all types of service calls including emergency calls; analyze repair requirements and provide customers with appropriate solutions; complete necessary repairs and replacements as needed; exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. May require originality and ingenuity in some situations.Complete accurate and detailed service reports for customers and Convergint to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.Provide technical support to end users and field labour when applicable.
