Reporting to the Proposal Team Lead or District Senior Management, this role leads the development of high‑quality proposals for public and private construction projects. You will collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to deliver clear, client‑focused proposals.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to SiteLead end-to-end proposal developmentby establishing proposal schedules, processes, and compliant submissions that clearly communicate Graham’s value.Coordinate proposal teams and timelinesby leading kick‑off meetings, assigning responsibilities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.Review and interpret RFP requirementsby identifying response criteria, building compliance matrices,



and ensuring complete and accurate submissions.Develop high‑quality proposal content and designby writing and editing explicit, consistent narratives and producing visually strong responses using InDesign.Drive proposal strategy and qualityby developing win themes, key messaging, and differentiators, and facilitating reviews to deliver polished, client‑focused proposals.The Right Tools for the JobEducation:Post‑secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience:7+ years of proposal experience, preferably within construction, general contracting, or a related consulting environment, with experience supporting Buildings and Infrastructure projects.Skills:Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and SharePoint, with proven stakeholder coordination and deadline management.CompensationSalary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per annum.Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement.Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience.Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
