Support the Income Producing Property accounting team with day-to-day accounts receivable and tenant accounting activities Accurately record tenant receipts received by cheque and EFT Process, monitor, and manage PAD payments Create, review, and post rent rolls in Yardi Voyager 7S Process tenant chargebacks, rent increases, and miscellaneous accounts receivable charges Reconcile tenant receipts and PAD activity to bank transactions Identify returned or rejected payments and resolve discrepancies Process residential tenant move-ins, applicable charges, and accounting setup Process residential tenant move-outs, final account reviews, and deposit accounting Assist Property Accountants with reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc tasks Support accurate accounting records and compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls Requirements

Diploma, degree, or coursework in accounting,



or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role Experience with residential property management is a strong asset Solid Microsoft Excel skills Yardi Voyager 7S experience is a strong asset Detail-oriented and highly organized Able to prioritize tasks and work independently Excellent communication skills Positive, team-oriented approach Core Competencies
