Key Responsibilities:



• Lead project management plans for scope and schedules • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards • Work closely with department heads and project controls staff • Maintain technical excellence across all projects • Guide and mentor project teams effectively

Requirements: • Civil Engineering degree and P.Eng. designation • 10+ years relevant project experience • Experience in project management or technical lead roles • Familiarity with AutoCAD and roadway design tools • Proven track record of full project lifecycle management
