Must Haves:

- Solid hands-on experience developing modern React and TypeScript applications with SMART on FHIR applications embedded within EMRs, including SMART launch, launch context, fhirContext, and FHIR read and write operations and Experience implementing event-driven healthcare integration using FHIR Pub/Sub or FHIR Subscription patterns and supporting messaging services.
- Experience designing and developing FHIR R4/R4B and REST APIs supporting healthcare provider, service, organization, practitioner, location, and eReferral workflows.
- Experience implementing FHIRCast-based context synchronization or equivalent healthcare context management patterns, including support for Ontario CMS standards.
- Experience implementing advanced provider and service search using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, including semantic search, relevance tuning, filtering, and intelligent search suggestions.
- Experience integrating applications with NetIQ using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and role-based access control.
