Powered by the LeanScaper operating system, we bring structure, speed, and client alignment to every job.We’re looking for a Landscape Sales Consultant with a strong landscaping background and proven relationship-building skills. This brand-new role was created to take sales off the owners’ plates. You’ll meet directly with clients, assess properties, prepare estimates, and close projects that reflect our reputation for quality and design excellence.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new business through marketing leads and referralsConduct site visits and consultations across Toronto/GTADevelop proposals and estimates using company tools (including LMN)Build relationships with designers, real estate agents, and referral partnersFollow up with clients to move projects from inquiry to signed contractReport directly to the CEO and collaborate with design/production teams to ensure smooth handoffsTrack activity and pipeline in CRM, meeting monthly and seasonal sales targetsQualifications3–5 years of experience in landscaping, construction,
