This program combines financial support, hands‑on work experience, mentorship, and potential pathways to full‑time employment with one of the world's leading financial services companies.

Job Description

What You’ll Receive

- $10,000 CAD scholarship for one academic year
- Paid four‑month summer internship (May – August 2027) at Sun Life
- Professional mentorship from Sun Life management with extensive Career coaching and guidance
- Support identifying and applying for full‑time opportunities with Sun Life following graduation
- Potential transition to full‑time employment post‑internship

Who Can Apply

- Are a member of the Black or Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit peoples) communities
- Are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada




- Are currently enrolled full‑time in an undergraduate degree, diploma program, or graduate‑level program at a recognized Canadian post‑secondary institution
- Will be returning to full‑time studies in September 2027 and completing your studies no later than August 2028
- Are in valuable academic standing
- Can pass all required background checks and prerequisites for working with Sun Life
- Be legally entitled to work and complete a full‑time summer internship in Canada

Compensation

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for. Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans,



payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
