ConPro Contracting LTD is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to oversee project execution from initial client contact through to final completion. This role is responsible for estimating, scheduling, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to ConPro’s quality standards.Key Responsibilities1. Project ManagementSchedule and coordinate all phases of construction projectsManage in-house crews and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and qualityOversee multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritizationConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetyResolve site issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overrunsEnsure all work complies with Ontario Building Code and project specifications2. Estimating & Pre-ConstructionMeet with clients to review project scope, timelines, and expectationsInterpret architectural drawings, structural details, and specificationsPrepare accurate cost estimates using Buildertrend and internal systemsSolicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliersPrepare and issue tender packages to subcontractors and vendorsReview and level bids to ensure completeness and competitivenessIdentify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards3. Procurement & SchedulingOrder materials and coordinate deliveries to align with project schedulesMaintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractorsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesAdjust schedules as required to mitigate delays4. Financial OversightEnsure projects meet or exceed target profit marginsTrack project costs, labour, and material budgetsReview and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliersManage change orders and ensure proper documentation and billingWork with ownership to review job costing and financial performance5. Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleMaintain clear,



professional communication with clients, consultants, and tradesProvide updates on timelines, budgets, and project progressManage client expectations and resolve concerns efficiently6. Team & Office CoordinationOversee and support office staff related to project coordination and administrationWork closely with accounting on invoicing, draws, and job costingAssist in developing internal systems, processes, and efficienciesSupport hiring, training, and development of field and office personnel7. Quality Control & CloseoutEnsure all work meets ConPro’s quality standards and client expectationsConduct final walkthroughs and deficiency reviewsCoordinate project closeout, including warranties and documentationEnsure sites are clean, protected, and professionally presented upon completionQualifications3–7+ years experience in construction project management and/or estimatingStrong understanding of residential and light commercial constructionAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contractsExperience with Buildertrend or similar project management softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of Ontario Building Code and local construction practicesValid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sitesPreferred QualificationsExperience in design‑build environmentsEstablished relationships with local subcontractors and suppliersBackground in estimating, tendering, and cost controlFamiliarity with scheduling software and project tracking toolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance‑based bonuses tied to project profitabilityCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (based on role level)Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding companyLong‑term, year‑round employmentPay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per yearExperience:construction project management: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
