Job SummaryWe are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team of security personnel, ensure adherence to security protocols, and maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of surveillance systems, and a background in law enforcement or related fields.The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in loss prevention and incident response, utilizing CCTV and other security tools to monitor and protect the premises.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and response.Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential security risks or breaches.Oversee surveillance operations using CCTV systems to monitor activity and investigate incidents.Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols across all areas of the organization.Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.Lead investigations related to theft, vandalism, or other security concerns,



documenting findings thoroughly.Train new security staff on surveillance equipment, loss prevention techniques, and emergency procedures.Maintain detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and investigations for management review.RequirementsProven experience in law enforcement, private security, or related fields with supervisory responsibilities preferred.Solid knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention strategies, and security protocols.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.Ability to respond swiftly and appropriately during emergencies or security breaches.Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and coordinating with law enforcement agencies if needed.Certifications in security management or law enforcement training are a plus.Must be vigilant, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a secure environment at all times.Pay: $15.64-$30.40 per hourBenefitsFlexible scheduleOn-site parkingWork LocationIn person#J-18808-Ljbffr
