In this part-time role reporting to the HR & Operations Manager, you will manage daily facilities requests and coordinate necessary repairs and service maintenance. A solid aptitude for organization, problem-solving, and communication will enable you to effectively collaborate with staff and external service providers. This position supports the organization’s mission in caring for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facilities requests and follow through to resolution
• Conduct site checks for maintenance and safety compliance




• Execute minor repairs including renovations and setups
• Liaise with contractors for building services and maintenance
• Manage facilities budgeting and documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of relevant coordination experience
• Certification in Facilities Management or similar
• Basic First Aid certification and valid driver’s license
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
