Join Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts as a Casual Reservations Agent at our Calgary Head Office. Deliver exceptional guest service while managing reservations and enhancing guest experiences.
This role focuses on outstanding service throughout the reservation process. You will collaborate with the Reservations Supervisor and Revenue Department, ensuring accuracy and promoting accommodations and packages. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll also play an essential role in maintaining a positive team workplace through attention to detail and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest inquiries via multiple channels
• Create and modify reservations ensuring accuracy
• Promote upgrades, packages, and guest experiences




• Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate discrepancies
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication skills for phone inquiries
• Proficient organizational skills to manage priorities
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar systems
• Knowledge of the Canadian Rockies is a plus
