Emterra Group is in search of an energized Class 3 Driver to safely handle a recycling truck with air brakes. You'll perform daily inspections while collecting materials from residential bins and delivering them to processing facilities. This role demands manual loading and a solid commitment to customer service in a physically challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Class 3 vehicle efficiently and safely
• Conduct daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Execute curbside recycling collection per schedule
• Communicate with supervisors on issues or suggestions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 license with air brake endorsement
• Clean driver's abstract required
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in waste or recycling industry is an asset
