Key Responsibilities:



• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors • Develop and implement security policies and training programs • Conduct evaluations of education programs and training needs • Oversee departmental incidents and quality improvement processes • Promote an inclusive and respectful workplace environment

Requirements: • Diploma in criminal justice or business administration • Five years security experience, two in a leadership role • Valid BC Driver’s license for local area travel • Strong grasp of trauma-informed care practices • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
