As a Connections Case Manager, you will work full-time until April 2027, helping young people aged 16-25 navigate housing instability while addressing barriers to well-being. This position requires flexible schedule, including evenings for program facilitation and early mornings for community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
