Key Responsibilities:
• Develop litigation strategies and execute legal plans
• Perform legal research and manage litigation files
• Draft legal correspondence and prepare for trials
• Advocate in court including at all levels
• Lead community sessions on Indigenous law-making
Requirements:
• At least 4-7 years of litigation experience
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Proficient analytical and research skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Eligible to practice law in Ontario as a member in good standing
