In this exciting position, you will welcome guests and assist with reservations to ensure an exceptional atmosphere. Collaboration with various team members is essential, as you oversee seating arrangements and respond to guest feedback. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will help maintain the club's high service standards and serve our guests better.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests professionally upon arrival
• Manage in-person reservations and seating plans
• Keep dining materials updated and ready for service
• Strategically seat guests according to capacity
• Communicate special requests for optimal service
Requirements:
• Must have Smart Serve Certification
• Previous experience in a high-volume dining setting preferred
• Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends
• Familiarity with systems like SevenRooms is a plus
• Solid multitasking abilities under pressure
