The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.Position OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Manager or Pathology/Hematology Supervisor, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of Shared Health, the Secretary is responsible for performing various secretarial duties related to the Laboratory Services, to include: typing/word processing, arranging meetings, attending meetings and recording minutes; assembling budgetinformation and sending out computerized billings; maintaining weekly payroll cards, filing, photocopying, assembling teaching materials; and performing other related duties as assigned.ExperienceTwo (2) years related secretarial experience, preferably in a health care setting.Computer software experience,
