General Labour Etobicoke, ON

We are currently seeking motivated General Labourers to join our team for a large food processing company located in Etobicoke, Ontario. This exciting opportunity would suit anyone looking to learn new skills and work in Ontario's largest industry.

Pay: $18.31 per hour

Shift Times

- Days 6am-2:30pm
- Afternoons – 2:30pm – 11pm

Responsibilities

- Line work: delicate with packaging, small hands, fold sliced meats and package, mostly
- Loading Multivac lines with product
- As a backup, perform Slicer Operator duties as needed
- Operating Multivac, such as changing films and other related duties
- Accountable for loading product into slicer
- Accountable for ensuring all sliced product meets quality standards
- Accountable for ensuring a protected work environment for co-workers
- Light to medium lifting
- Dealing with cooked or raw meat

Qualifications

- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to communicate in English and follow directions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment




- Completion of H&S; paperwork prior to starting
