Casual Registered Nurse, Operating Room & Surgical Day CareAs part of a multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurses at Dryden Regional Health Centre provide comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to a variety of clients. As a full‑time registered nurse you will provide and coordinate nursing care to assigned clients consistent with current standards of professional practice with the Ontario College of Nurses.RequirementsCurrent certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of OntarioCurrent BLS, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider credentialsCompleted the Operating Room Techniques Course for Registered Nurses from an accredited institutionMinimum of two (2) years Operating Room experience in circulating and scrubbing considered an assetMust be able to be on stand‑byExperience working in Emergency, Critical Care and OBS would be an assetGood physical healthWilling to work flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidaysDemonstration of strong nursing practice, skill and judgmentExcellent interpersonal skills including superior verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated critical thinking, leadership,
