Title: ? Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM) Specialist

?Location: Toronto, ON

? Duration: 4 Months

Role: We are looking for an experienced MDM/ UEM Specialist to manage mobile device environments, ensure compliance, monitor vulnerabilities, and support continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage MDM/ MAM services for availability, security, and compliance.
- Review and remediate mobile OS/ application vulnerabilities and CVEs using RBVM tools.
- Identify, track, and escalate vulnerability and compliance findings.
- Monitor device enrollment, policy errors, and compliance dashboards.
- Perform monthly compliance reviews for COPE and BYOD environments.
- Maintain procedures, knowledge articles, and an audit-ready workplace.
- Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and implement MDM/UEM best practices.
- Collaborate with the team and actively participate in meetings and initiatives.

Must Have:





- Hands-on experience deploying and managing devices using a UEM/ MDM solution.
- Strong understanding of device enrollment for Android, iOS, and macOS.
- Experience configuring devices and maintaining security/compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Entra ID, wireless networks, and network security.
