Whether it is making your commute more efficient, keeping our communities protected, or making remote areas more accessible, at Miller we are proud to Build Greatness in everything we do.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate high-volume operational logistics including accommodations and resource planningSupport backend financial processes including invoice tracking, expense coordination, and reportingCreate and maintain tracking mechanisms for market volumes, job costs and safety statsAssist with preparing EstimatesCommunicate areas of improvement to crews/subcontractors related to safety through site visits and inspectionsMaintain and enforcement of safety policies and proceduresTrack and enforce Electronic log devices.Adhere to Miller Policies and Procedures, local laws and the OHSAUnderstand project cost requirements and coding proceduresReview quality management system for compliance and or deviations and communicate to respective ManagerYou will work with Manager to supervise the daily activities of crews and equipment to complete projects safely and cost effectively while maintaining high quality and efficient use of resourcesRequirementsExperience with JDE or similar ERP systems and strong financial tracking skills are strongly preferredExperience in construction or a related industry is required; road constructionor surface treatment experience is an assetClass G licenseAbility to work in a fast-paced,
