Key Responsibilities:



• Lead OSAT supplier relations and commercial negotiations • Coordinate engineering builds and production schedules • Manage backend operations for multi-die products • Own substrate sourcing and capacity management • Resolve supply, quality, and logistics risks

Requirements: • 7+ years in semiconductor supply chain management • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field • Strong OSAT experience with Taiwan-based partners • Proficient in ERP and PLM systems like SAP or Oracle • Excellent communication skills; Mandarin is a plus
