Civil Construction Laborer – Kelowna & surrounding areaCopcan Civil is seeking experienced Civil Laborers to join our team. The role involves working on underground utility, civil, and construction projects across the area. Transportation is an asset as sites may be outside transit routes.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor duties on civil construction sites including digging, grading, raking, and shoveling.Assist with installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm).Support pipe crews with alignment, bedding, and backfilling.Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.Operate small tools and equipment (plate tampers, cut‑off saws, jackhammers, etc.).Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow directions from supervisors, foremen, and lead hands.Assist with traffic control and site safety setup as required.Participate in daily toolbox talks and adhere to all company safety policies.Qualifications & RequirementsPrevious experience in civil construction or general labor (preferred but not required).Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and working in all weather conditions.Robust work ethic, reliability,
