• Conduct blood draws using expert venipuncture techniques • Ensure accurate data entry for patient requisitions • Perform various specimen collections and analyses • Maintain compliance with quality protocols and documentation • Foster a supportive and friendly patient environment

Requirements: • Completion of laboratory training or medical lab course • Proven phlebotomy skills and patient-focused demeanor • Excellent oral and written communication abilities • Certification from MLPAO/CSMLS is strongly recommended • Open to working in multiple locations as needed
