They are responsible for providing productive and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of moderate and complex commercial property claims. Our Field Claims Adjusters are open‑minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesCompleting on site and/or virtual inspections of commercial claimsCapturing the scope of damages and writing repair estimates to settle claimsReconciling vendor estimates to ensure price and scope is appropriateReviewing policies and technical reportsMaking decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claimsEffectively managing a busy day‑to‑day scheduleProviding a great customer experienceQualificationsCompleted a post‑secondary programMinimum 3 years of commercial property adjusting experience, with some experience in the fieldA valid driver’s license and an excellent driving recordExperience with Xactimate and Encircle is an assetAbility to work after hours and weekends during the scheduled on‑call rotationAvailability to travel as neededA team‑first mentalityBenefitsYou will work from your home office,
