With a minimum of one year of VeriClaim experience, you will assist current practices and analyze needs to provide tailored solutions. Your role encompasses system demonstrations, handling client complaints, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-practice support to VeriClaim and VBS practices
• Assist new practices on their first day using the system




• Conduct needs assessments for ongoing support
• Handle client complaints efficiently and effectively
• Test system upgrades and provide feedback after visits
Requirements:
• At least 1-year VeriClaim experience
• Reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
