YMCA is seeking a School Settlement Program Staff member in Halifax to assist newcomers in adapting to their recent educational environment and navigating the school system. You will collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to provide settlement support in schools and foster belonging.

Under supervision, you will build relationships, deliver group activities, and help connect clients to community resources across HRM. A valid CRC and child-safeguarding checks are required.
